I'm going to drop skinning from Seddis in lieu of blacksmithing. If anyone has low to mid level mats, I would really love to get my grubby paws on them. Thanks.

Pat, you're currently mining and skinning. Why the switch to blacksmithing? Just curious.

Level 400: Socket Bracer, Socket Gloves

I figure that I can make up the loss of crit bonus from skinning with a gem thrown into either of those new sockets.

That, and I want Seddis to be fabulous like Sheth (in a Richard Simmons fabulous kind of way).

You may want to look at JC instead. Blacksmithing is great for the extra sockets, but you may find you benefit more from the added stats with the JC specific gems. We have a lot of JCs in the guild and not many blacksmiths though, so you may want to consider that as well. If you're looking to improve your personal gear/performance, then JC is what I would recommend. It's expensive, as both of them are really, but you'll see a bigger increase in stats from JC.

Plus Jewelcrafting is the most expensive profession to level, so your money will be spent well in the WOW community. I put some of my mats in the guild bank recently (some copper wire, mithril bars) If I have anything else, I'll let you know.

I have a couple shadowgems on some of my alts, but not many of the other mats. If I come across any, I will let you know and throw into the guild bank. Just post what you need. I'll do what I can.

Pat, how is smithing coming along? What do you need to help you keep moving?

Just hit 428 smithing this morning. The goal was to hit 400 for the socket bonuses, so anything hereafter is just gravy. I farm a stack or two of saronite per day, but that's about it. No need to funnel mats to me for anything.
